Here is my SUPER rare 49 KB5 , I have looked everywhere and it is the only one I can find. Its in super condition and it does run and drive but the engine is in need of replacement. I am not sure if I have the time to find another engine or sell the truck but I would hate to sell this gem.

Hi does anyone know roughly how long the cab and fenders are on a late fifties A series please? I haven't seen my truck yet and am just trying to work out how long the tray is. The truck is an AA-148 and I'm told the overall length is about 22feet.

I towed my stockcar with it for 20 years and the set-up was bullet proof. The front suspension is out of a mid 80's Aerostar Van. It is the correct width suspension wise and bolts to a 4X4 steel box bolted to each side of the frame to increase the frame width. A mustang 2 front suspension cannot support these trucks properly because of the weight...my truck weighs 6000 pounds. You can install your own choice of drivetrain of course, but to me, unless your frame is completely rotted away, you cannot outdo stock fit of a stock frame SDC11987.JPG DSC00542.JPG DSC00544.JPG
