ya know, i've been thinking and doing some more research on my build and i'm gonna take your advise:) I've decided not to run the E & J's now and gonna run something more period correct with this truck and something that doesn't detract from the whole ride too. Thanks for your advise and i'm gonna take it to heart!
    cheers and thanks again,

Man CAB! What a great experience! Great to have friends that are open to teaching how to get it done yourself! That is going to be a killer little hot rod.

So i have a change of plans with the headlights i was going to run ( the E & J's) and have decided to change it up. I was thinking to run 1927 T lights similar to these below...

They are not as large as stock Model A lights and a bit smaller and more low key, so they won't take away from the flow of the ride i think:)

Any thoughts or suggestions on the direction change?
Thanks for all your help, opinions and comments,
    cab

  19. T Lights will look far better Steve.

Mounted low like the E&J's were gonna be.

Build is looking great Steve. If you could find a matched set of the purple lenses like you show above that would be cool to see. I understand they are hard to find a matched set of those beauties. Your engine turned out really nice.

    Thanks Bernie!
I found out that those lenses purple over time and they are not purchased that way, well that's what the gentleman said at All Ford Parts here in Campbell, Ca. where i bought my pair of 1927 T lights today as i asked them about the purple lenses as you stated earlier today.

Keep on producing that killer art work brotha, you've been killing in on the Friday Art Shows lately!
    cheers,

The chassis and the flattie are looking great, Steve. I think the 27 T headlights are a more natural choice for the peekup. Mounted kinda low! Keep me in mind for paint ideas when the time comes. The truck is gonna be sick! Thanks for posting all your progress man!

I'm really liking the metal work. The frame looks too cool! I saw your old gold car when you sold it to Stan. I was all over it and liked it alot. I think the T may just blow it out of the water when it's done though. Keep up the good work.

I gotta agree with not running the E&J s, and that chassis is looking sweet.
Thanks for taking the time to post it up.
