C4 Transmission fittings

    Any one know were I can get the adapter fittings to fit the line in and out on a c4 I want to replace the fittings on the case to hook up 6an lines to my cooler. I cannot find any info on the thread and size of the hole,s on the case. Thank's Guy's

    I'm pretty sure the case is 1/8 npt. Try a 1/8 pipe nipple in the hole and see how it fits.

    Your answer if on the page you posted. It says there that they are 1/8"-27 NPS, or National Pipe Straight threads. This is opposed to 1/8"-27 NPT, or National Pipe Taper threads.

    You can either get a 1/8"-27 straight die and modify fittings as they did on that site, or tap the case 1/8"-27 NPT. Of course, don't tap the case unless it is apart.

    If you run NPS fittings, they will need an o-ring or a copper crush washer to seal them.

    Of course, the guy on the site you posted is selling them for $16 (+$5 s/h), for the pair.

    You could just toss him a bone. He's just 220 miles from you, too. You could have them in a day.
