Projects Buying with no title.

  1. I’ve drove over million miles on bill of sale vehicles. Wonder if a title would have helped them somehow run better or the same

  3. Gentlemen, this is the 21st century. Everything in your life is under scrutiny and on a computer somewhere. We just plain can't continue to get away with the stuff we were able to 50 years ago. The noose is ever tightening around our necks and it's just a matter of time. I really hope some of the cars I built in the '70's have no paper trail to my name because I may potentially be a felon. Law makers are not our friends and are not looking out for our best interests. The time to play by the book has arrived.

    Paragraph 2 is nice
Individual State laws need to be followed.
