What car/vehicle had the narrowest, thinnest, shortest (smallest all around) bumper guards?

The '37 Chevrolet Master series had very narrow, graceful bumper guards.

The ones I pictured are to a '40 Ford. I want to find a set of these.

 

Those look like 39 or 40 Ford.
