The wheel will bolt to your Buick, but you should check the off-set, back space and mounting suface for any differences. There could also be a difference in hub cap retention.

On older rims offset is different, caddy is deeper 40s and early 50s I think it might be the same for later cars.

I know nothing on GM cars,

but I do know that alot of people get caught buying 56 cad hubcaps as they as specific to the cad rims as the caps are really deep.

So. that says to me that the offset on a cad rim for 56 will be big and maybe more than what you want.

    what about ponti or olds?

chevy truck rim would be a better choice I think. They should be cheap too.

i'm almost positive they're the same. but check/measure the ofset before ya lay down any cash.
yes 70s chevy/gmc trucks will fit, easier to find, and give ya more hub cap options.

  7. I have a pair of Buick wheels in the classifieds, with pics. Search on 'steel wheels'.

Check the backspacing on both, and the cad wheel might interfere with a guide pin on your buick, if you have them

If you want to use later Chevy van/truck rim you have to open up the centre hole cause the hub on those old Buick’s are huge.
