Hot Rods Brakes locking up

I have a 37 Dodge sedan with a Mustang II front end and a power brake booster that sits on the fire wall. My front brakes started locking up tonight. Does anyone have an idea what would be causing this. I'm guessing the booster is going bad.

 

we need more info.. drums ? discs? both?
anything cahnged to the system recently? any work done?

 

Make sure the pedal is fully returning, and with it's own spring. Possibly the front discs could be pressure trapped and self applying.
