I would love to see some pictures of the black '50 Dodge from that "Livin' the Low Life" show. I was watching it the other morning and My son saw it 1st and said "daddy! there's your car!"

  4. You know, I love most all cool cars-traditional rods, street rods, customs, even antique stockers. But, of all styles I gotta say, Bombs have true class!!!

Bombs are the only lowriders I like, and they are amazing works of art, but why are they down on Fords. Maybe It's me, but the 30's Fords are better designs than GM or Mopar.

  20. My dad was at Berkley when the war broke out. He told me of lowered big cars like Terraplanes, Grahmms and GMs. He and Mom spent 59-60 in the rural Sacramento are also. Dad said that on a trip to LA, some of them had metal plates or striker flints under the rear bumper at that time and what must have been hydraulic or air adjustable suspensions so the could make sparks when they layed the bumper on the ground.

  21. Just noticed the rear window wiper. Was that an accessory or something the owner added?
