Fun project , and great to see a young guy helping out!!!

  5. Well, I want a Deuce, but we can't have everything, can we? Just buck up, keep training the kid, then sit back and watch him do it while you sip cold ones!

Right on gramps. You got me thinking about mine now and how much I admired him as a kid. There wasn't anything mechanical he couldn't fix.

Olds power, an admirable transition, what year are you aiming for as the inspiration, color choice, keeping the mags...no pressure, just curious...I know you grew up around the culture so regardless, I'm super happy for you @nochop and even happier your taking us along for the ride...;)

  8. Olds conversion! I will be following along on this build for sure. Good to see another Olds in a hot rod.

So far, a version of Washington Blue, slightly off gloss, keep the mags, I would like to have a set of steel wheels and run ‘56 Olds caps. Red and white tuck and roll interior.

Sending it out to someone who knows what they’re doing. They do a two stage process.
