Just watched a rerun of the old Route 66 TV show. The Bill Mitchell Corvette roadster was on it, belonged to some rich girl. They never did show any of the actors driving it, she just got a bunch of packages out of the trunk and slammed it shut. BTW, what brand of wire wheel was used on the '62?
NO RPO wire wheels on a '62. Where are you watching ROUTE 66? I haven't seen an episode in 40 years. DD
Yea, no RPO. They are aftermarket, but I didn't recognise them. Some shows it has regular hubcaps, others it has the wires. A local station has a retro station on our cable. Lots of old shows, I Spy, Daniel Boone, etc.
