    Hi all,

My original radiator has a hole so looking at replacement ideas, or whether to have it recored. What is the best after market radiator to go in there with a stock 350 crate motor?

    Thanks!

  2. I had real good results with an aluminum radiator from Chev’s of the 40s. It was cheap too. I believe the brand was Champion Radiator. It was less than 300 bucks to my door and cooled it no problem with a Chevy crate motor in my 51 chevy

Russ if there is a good radiator shop in the NW I would have it recored. Pro's all the mounting points match up, no shipping involved. Con's probably costs more. I think the stock radiator with a new core will easily cool a crate motor. That is what I would do, I'm sure you will get a dozen more opinions.
