Beach's at PIR had it's first cruise in for 2018 on Weds. They set a record for attendance but wouldn't have a tally until Thursday on facebook. Last year they had over 3000 cars on the last cruise of the year.

  2. Cool, but I wish they had something on the Washington side. I hate driving over into Portland anymore over the Interstate Bridge. It's often a big clusterfark to drive from Washington into Oregon and then back over the same way.

I couldn't make opening night due to car issues but it is always an amazing collection of vehicles and some eighth mile drags to add the proper sound track.

It's actually not bad going into PIR from Washington because most of the traffic is leaving Oregon for Washington. If you stay until about 8 PM, the traffic is usually dissipated by then.
