Too right. A part of our hotrod culture is gone. Some liked the company, some didn't. It is still a shame that anyone would try to save their company, lose everything, including their home, in the process and not have any vision for the future.

    Well,

I don't know how much of this is true or if any of it is...

My VP came down and told us that he heard Barry saw this coming in 2009 and started funneling money out of the company... toward the end he and his wife supposed to be taking $10,000 a week out.

He's supposed to be out of the country right now... maybe Indonesia...

Again, just what I was told...

Looks like he had just come out with a new style carb with D shaped throttle blades instead of round ones... I wonder how good it would have performed??

  11. Don't take this the wrong way ThirtyFive, but why would you say this if you don't know for sure?

    what a drag
seeing way too much of this, and i dont think we even touched the tip of the ice burg yet.
anyone who has started a business knows its like your baby, you nuture it, you try your damdest to make it grow, and become larger, and better. No one that has any business sense goes at it to destroy it, or screw the people that made it work.
sometimes there are outside forces that steamroll it over and before you know it your wondering how the rug got pulled out from under you.
This sucks, this industry needs all vendors, competiveness works for us guys out here in the trenches building other peoples rides as a buisness, and us garage guys too. It helps keep quality in check and prices too..this sucks
