The fan is actually spinning. Its the camera playing tricks, I have another video that the motor is idling at a slightly higher rpm and it looks fine.

Thanks Bugsy! I thought it was running good saturday when I was racing against the bangers. Sunday morning when I was heading to the beach I found out I had only been running 1 carb. Fix it and the car really came alive. Dont think I would have beaten the 3 V8s I raced or motorcycle if I hadnt notice the carb problem. It was definitely faster than I thought it was.
