    thats great. hahaha. i am wanting to paint my 2002 soon and have been concerned about all that.

    You guys did a stellar job on that car man. I really hope I get to see it in person sometime on the near future.

    thanks buddy.. the weekend before we did my buddys 54 in the same garage.. its in my profile pics.. we even flaked the roof in the garage.. but with that.. we still find flake in places you would not imagine haha

    Man, I just sat and read all 18 pages... What a suspense-full journey! Very impressive to say the least. My only complaint? The easy with which you appeared to accomplish all that. Now I feel emasculated... LOL

    It's a small world. I have 3 brothers in your area. 1 down by the 395/15, and two others at the East end of Apple Valley.

    no, i was hoping to.. but im sanding now so i can buff it out this weekend.. then im pulling my seats out to get upholstered.. the first big show i plan on taking it is probably Mooneyes in December.

    Sounds like a good plan, lookin great.... It has made a huge turn around with the new colors.

    thanks.. i went through a few shades of green..and wasnt quite what i had in mind.. finally found this one, tweaked it, and BAM! there it was :) my seats are going all off white with a small pleated insert with a similar green.. i have to start on all my inside garnish moldings.. cutting them down and painting and flaking those.. but at least the major part is almost done..

    well i enjoyed my shiny paint for a couple days.. now its all dull :( just about finished sanding with 2500.. hoping to buff it out this weekend..

    thanks.. its called kiwi metallic.. but had it custom mixed and lightened up more
