That's MY steering wheel.
I paid with PayPal so I have proof of the sale if need be.
I'll dispute it with PayPal if it comes to that. But MAYBE someone there in Missouri will know this guy and can help me get my part. His name is Adam Yelton, and according to this thread he's in Rolla, MO.

The PayPal payment went to a person name Juanita Yelton.
Shows an address of
20303 State Route P
Newburg, MO 65550-9756
phone 573-762-3479

according to google maps Newburg is 9 miles from Rolla.

Scammers don't fly on the H.A.M.B.
Anyone able to help me out there?

 

Actually, it's this guy thats causing problems for me for some reason. Tracking number for package is 0311 0240 0001 2916 0486. USPS shows delivery of it today. Im not sure why he's trying to be dishonest here but here is the proof that he has no idea what he's talking about:
