Please excuse the premature start but I finally striped something that I'm pretty happy with for the first time in my pinstriping life and wanted to share it with you kats and kittens.

 

that middle one's wicked hot man...i've been thinking about trying striping, how long you been doing it to get designs that nice?

 

1 year this December. It has taken this long to get something out of my brush that I think is half way decent.

 

Dang Man!, that looks great. How big is that? Nice use of color.

First what the well dressed gear head professional is wearing this year, an eye ball tie bar.

Second is the finished product from last week when all that was done was the border.

I got a couple aluminum panels to play on, got one painted up...


The colors photographed strange, but I did it in dark magenta, process blue and process green.

Have another one on glass, but the colors turned out weird, so I have to try to reshoot it... the colors turned out worse than the one above.

 

This is an old one, but I thought I'd throw it on because its for sale in the classifieds. does that make me bad? Gene

 

Cool stuff, everyone! Maybe I can get something done before the end of the weekend.

 

I haven't done anything new this week, but I did a bit more on the tool boxes I showed the other week. Actually added another color to a couple of the previously shown stuff. It's a pity I am giving them away, I really like what I have done on these tool boxes Geoff aka Whodaky

 

I have a bit more time this week to post, so seeing as I haven't shown a model in a few weeks; here is one. It is a very modified Solido 1/18 deuce roadster. Is hard to see because of it being black. I fair bit of work gone into this one. Geoff aka Whodaky

I can just see it now, one day, 40 or 50 years from now, famous actors and yuppies from all around will be sporting 2000.00 trucker hats and 8000.00 t-shirts that say "Jester, An Arkansas Original"

 

40 or 50 years from now 2000.00 will convert to about .50 cents in today money

 

Last night I was thinking about how it was thursday and I had nothing for the friday art show, so I had to do something and thinking about our new speed and power art boss I decided to try some lettering and came up with this
