Are you getting a weird notification - unapproved group message, etc...

  1. I have had "Unapproved Group Messages" since the social groups started. I have 2 that I can't get rid of...

  3. I've got a bug that's directing me to a security site off of Garage Journal.
    It's stinkin' nasty, I cant get rid of it and it's blocking my e- mails.

    I had an invitation to join a group but couldn't get it to go away till I declined it. Problem was I just wanted to think about it for a day now it is gone.
    Forget my deal. I was just not familiar with the form's ways.

  7. getting the flashing envelope....what will happen if I DONT open it up? and is it the OPENING of it that causes the problem?? Inquiring mind wants to know....

    I had the flashing envelope when I got my computer back from having a virus removed. It was from "UNKL IAN" and it was good news! ;-)

  21. looks like this crap is doing the rounds.
    nothing wierd on mine, cept for a fake firefox update.
    just checked out New Zealand hot rod forums and theres a warning about a virus going around.
    says not to click on anything, just delete.

  25. Man I just got rid of a severe virus takeover of my PC. Every time I typed in an address I got taken elsewhere. After down loading every available "FREE" anti virus software and scans I had to download TDSSKILLER from Kapersky. Apparently I frequently visit an infected webpage. No I don,t do porn....

  29. I had the same thing 2 days ago, I think it was linked to a post on the 'Limeys' social group.
    Seems to be OK now too.......
