Are threads getting deleted over time?

I know there has been talk of classified threads being deleted over time, a purge of sorts, but is this happening to other threads in the main forum as well?

I did a post on my ride in the B-17 Yankee Lady at Willow Run back in September of 2008. I can't find it anywhere now-- in my threads started or by searching the HAMB.

Is it gone forever?

How do you bttt your add or do start over and resubmit
