Looking to remove the door hinges on my 31 tudor and I've searched and not found much.

I'm wanting to remove the hinges off the door itself. I need to repair the doors and lower hinges in the way.

So it seems these are actually riveted on correct? Any tips or tricks on removing the rivets ?

Any info would greatly be appreciated gents !!

We removed the hinges on a 28 tudor. We realised it was put together with doors from 2 different cars. One stuck out something like 5/16 from the body at the front edge. We welded a solid bar to the 3 hinges to keep alignments. With careful measuring and eyeball engineering and a good centre punch we drilled out the rivets on the lower and second hinge from the door. We welded up the original holes and with the solid bar as an alignment tool drilled new holes and countersunk them and Fitted countersunk cap screws. It came out better than we anticipated.
Doing this enabled us to remove the lower hinge and repair door skin damage around the hinge and fit new lower skins with out a hinge in the way.
