i am in need of the Timken Part numbers.
i need Bearings and races on the front hub for a 37 ford .
inner and outer and the dust seal?
It seems every vendor puts a proprietary part number on it.
I am trying to get them from my local Timken dealer. he needs part numbers.
or if anyone has a great source to purchase these parts. i dont mind supporting the little guy.

FYI the bearings are the same from 32 to 48. Maybe even 28 to 48.

  7. Squirrel nailed it. I was going to suggest looking for a part number on the old bearing and calling a real bearing house that would have an interchange book.

you can find old stock Timken bearings on ebay, if you're patient, and you really want to get some good old bearings.

The numbers are the same for National and Timken brands.

  10. You can also plug those National numbers (Jim posted) into the "part number search" on RockAuto and come up with the listing for Timken bearings.

  11. I have a CR (SKF) application catalog, but you guys beat me to it. I use RockAuto site lots of times, just to get part numbers.
