I'm in Monroe, CT, about 10 mi off of I-95, exit 30. Anyone in the area interested in a get together? Maybe a BBQ at my building in Stratford, breakfast in Bridgeport, or ? I can do some pretty sweet pulled pork, ribs, and, of course, the obligatory burgers and dogs. Maybe if someone wants it bad enough, I can break out the 10 gal fryer and do some rings/fries/shrimp/chicken/fish/whatever (oreos/twinkies/or?). I'll spring for a 1/2 keg and some of the food. Never met anyone from the HAMB, but interested in doing so. My building is on the end of a dead end street next to the railroad tracks in Stratford. I have tenants in the buildings...they're bikers. I doubt that they'd mind a burnout or two...or loud music...or beer on tap. Let me know if you're interested. Enough replies, and I'll try to make it happen. Sounds like a nice offer. Try to make the CSRA Nostalgia Night in Wallingford Monday night Jume 18th , 300+ cars last year. Wayne Carinni shot some footage for his TV show Chassing Classic Cars. Lots of HAMB people there. Bob
if the weather is good, Monday night should be excellent in Wallingford. Last year my truck was # 600 something, and plenty of cars came after me. In terms of a get together in CT, i would go.
