Anybody make their own Tiltlok style wheel?

I am interested in getting a tiltlok or fatman style wheel on my A, but I was curious who had made their own and what concerns there are for someone making their own version.

I could always go quick release hub as the easy/cheap way out but I dig the swing-away. Info is good, pics are always better. Thanks.

 

Why not just look for a Thunderbird colum? You get swing away and a cool wheel in the process.

 

I don't want to do a swing away, I like the old tiltlok style, although the bird column is cool it just creates a few more problems than it solves for me.
