Anybody know Rege Kalupa in Pgh.?

I bought my 50 Custom Chevy in Pittsburgh 2 years ago. The car was finished as it is in 2002. I have been asked many times who chopped the car. I talked to the guy that had the car built and he said that he could find out. It turns out that he bought the car chopped but unfinished. He found out for me that the car was chopped between 1958 and 1961 by Rege Kalupa some where in the Pittsburgh area.I was just curious if he is still around of if anybody knows
him or anything about him. I would like to know more history about the car.Any information will be appreciated.
