Technical Anybody in Cedar Rapids, Iowa that can look at a car?

I found a car in Cedar Rapids that I need to have checked out by a car guy before I go any further with an offer. The car is at Classic Enterprises in Iowa and I am in Delaware. I would be willing to pay you for your time and honest opinion.

I was in their showroom on cruise night a couple weeks ago. Which car?

 

My pops lives by CR, he was probably at cruise night too. He's retired, probably knows the car, or would be happy to check it out free.
