Anybody from Austin, TX going to Paso?

What's your driving schedule there and back??? I'm going to try to go to this event for my 1st time in life. I lived in CA all my life but never went. I think its time....Let me know if anyone would be interested in driving there with me.

Two badass rides and a kid with em..I am only 40 minutes form Paso. We will have to set up a HAMB meeting spot again this year.. EVILT

~$600 for the rooms in Paso. Then you gotta add about 4 or 6 nights worth of hotels there and back.

I'm sad to see the funlover gone for this kinda of trip, but my Coupe will be just fine. I put the seat in with the back laid back, man o man...its super comfy now.

There's a crew going out but I think they're going to take a whole week out and back.

 

Rooms in Paso are sold out.... They wanted a 3 night minimum.... You could stay in Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay...Pm if you are looking.. I live right near Morro Bay and it takes about 35-40 minutes to get to the show...EVILT

boys the room rates are not so bad and also and if you havent been there before your not going to miss a single one after that.

 

I'm heading to LA on the 17th or 18th for the Wrecking Crew BBQ on the 20th, and then head up from there Friday or so for Paso.

But now it's time for the mad thrash on the car so that I can drive it up from LA to Paso......
only, every time I get all set to get some work done, something comes up and I have to wait until tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE that!

 

I really want to get the Model A a little more done and drive it out there, but it kind of depends on money, work, and time.

If I do get to go, can a hitch onto one of the Austin caravans?

I dont care about seeing the roses along the way, I want to get there and see friends.

 

FORGET IT. All this talk about Paso and it turns out I have to work the ROT rally that starts on Weds after Paso. No way I can make Paso now....or ever if I stay with this job.

My car will be there though. Look for Fat Lucky to be cruisin that thing.
