    Thanks for posting the photos! What a great event. By far my favorite in SoCal.

    Good turn out, but I have to say I'm shocked there isn't more coverage on the hamb. The Fontana Speedway is the perfect place for this and setup made for all day entertainment.... love it!

    Turnout was pretty light compared to others I have attended but just about everything there was real cool. This is a great venue for the event, best since the OCIR days. IMHO Mooneyes should think about doing their December event here it would be much better than Irwindale

    here's one of my favorite body styles, 1949 (50 grille) Woody with wood. 1949 was the last year for wood bodied Chevrolet wagons, they only made 600 of them depending on who you ask.

    That 49 woodie was my favorite car there. The builder NAILED IT with that one!

    One of the images burned into my brain from childhood was Street Rodder magazine's coverage of this event sometime in the late 70's/early 80's. Looks like the formula remains the same. Good stuff, thanks for taking the time to post.
