another whats it worth?? lincoln y-block

Ok now that the new motor is in and runnin' I'm ready to sell the orig. motor/trans out of my '54 Lincoln Capri but I'm not sure what its worth. Its a complete 317.5 engine and trans. Complete as in... air cleaner, valve covers, carb., genarator, p/s pump, starter, everything... Complete!!! I was told the motor had been rebuilt, it doesn't look like it on the outside but when I removed the valve covers everything is awfully clean. It turned over good when it was in the car but I never really tried to fire it. I've got an idea what to ask but I want to make sure I'm not out in left feild (again).

 

I just sold one that was stuck (seized) for $300.
