So here's to another chopped Shoebox that's going to be coming to a city near you in 2016! It's been a while since I've posted on here. I figured I'd show the metal scrap heap that's been sitting in my garage for a while now. It's been chopped (windows sit at about 8 inches tall), the motor/tranny is built, it's a matter of bolting and wiring and some other minor side notes now.

As I'm hooking up my steering currently I couldn't help but notice my neck being bent in half when sitting at the original seat height. I understand it needs to be changes, as expected, I was hoping to hear some input of what people have done in the past? Is it possible to reconstruct the metal seat frame to match the floor/tranny hump? Or would it be best to make some kind of bucket/bench seat deal? I would like to keep the Bench look. Thanks!
