Allstate Tachometer Questions

Was wondering if anyone could tell me any information at all about this. Approx year(s) it may have been produced. Did Allstate make other products? Just curious.

 

Early 60's.

Allstate was Sear's private lable brand.
Everything automotive that Sears used to sell was branded Allstate.
Tires, filters, wiper blades, instruments, batteries, etc.
They even had a Allstate car (Henry J) and motorcyles and scooters and mini bikes too.

 

I have same tachometer ALLSTATE 3263.
No sendingbox.

Is there needed sending box?
12V or 6V?
