Yeah, what he said! Great to see some cars being built at a drivable height, and not chopped to death. A couple of great lookin' rods ... keep up the good work!
Thanks for the classy comment, it's much appreciated. I feel guilty now, the next project is a little squashed !, ( but not much) lol
That is a gem! I agree that it is nice to see the ride height and less chop- truly traditional looking.
Your son has one cool hot rod and one cool dad.I have only seen a few center door T's in person ,very rare here in the USA. Years ago I went old car parts hunting in upstate NY ( Bolivar NY) and the junk yard owner had one he inherited from his grandpa in a nice garage. It was all aluminum polished out body. It was beautiful. Henry ford only made a few for shows advertising, he had one all original. NOT FOR SALE.
they look great, i really dig the center door T tho for some reason.. is talking to me as it must of talked to you.. you guys are lucky two two rods in the family and one more on the way.. some guys only get to build them have to sell them to fund the next one.. you have been blessed by the hotrod gods that explains why the center door T is talking to me.. was scratching my head if iv seen one before and yeah i do not think i have. chris.
Two outstanding rides! Very tastefully done with just the right amount of Bling! Question: are you running mufflers on the Model A or straight pipes? Al, Be sure to keep us posted on your next build.
Man that's definitely something to be proud of! Now BE CAREFUL OVER THERE! The natives are getting restless!
Maurice, thanks very much, The "A" has got mufflers installed. The next project is a "T" Coupe a little more radical than the Center Door, hopefully ready next year! And I am still picking up parts for the 27 Sedan.
