Technical 97 Rebuilds, who do you Recommend? Info?

    Who has had some 97 professionally redone? Who did you have do it and what was included? Thanks!

    Yes to Uncle Max.
    Under no circumstances Charlie Price (Vintage Speed). I would rather smash mine with a sledge hammer than let him touch them.

    Did anybody say Uncle Max yet? He will do a rebuild to any style you want. Just the basic parts, to a full replate showpiece. He has all the best parts directly from Stromberg, and the experience to make them work right.

    Generally, I would think a comment like this a little extreme, but I have had some experience with Mr. Price and now I don't know if it goes far enough.

    Why not do them yourself? They are not complex or fragile.
