Dang I like that look. The fun part is that it will drive "restorers" absolutely nuts because they will think that a "perfect original car" got hot rodded.
Dad's 30 Packard 726 was that color (all original paint), with black fenders and a deeper brown roof- great color combo!
And I had just told a friend this morning at breakfast that I don't like brown cars and then I see you dropped a bomb and I like the color,,Oh... the humanity! HRP
Crisp, comes to mind for some reason. Shows that big and littles can be done in various ways. More please!
killer roadster...love Guide 903J's, the perfect hot rod headlight...not feeling the too small motorcycle front tires...I'm thinking Lucas 5.50x17's instead to match tread pattern and sidewall balance.
You never hear anyone say, "That's a pretty shade of brown", which is a shame. I'm a big fan of the early browns and greens and it looks great on this roadster. Marcy
Rumor was that Henry Richards picked the color for His sedan after changing His daughters diaper. Killer roadster. Tim
Love the car! We used to mix all the old paint can dribbles together and it came out just like that. We called it "moose nose brown". Then we used it to paint the back side of 4x8's to protect them from the weather.
