I just spent alot of time going over the 94 threads ,so don't tell me to search them ,I want to know is anyone running two 94 carbs on a SBC without any problems???? And if so what is your set-up??? I have two carbs with the 94 on both in excellent condition , and will be rebuiding them , to mount on a (i know this is a bad word here) vintage speed two carb adapter to four barrel manifold. Are you running the carbs progessivly or not?? What jets and power valves are you using?? thanks
I tried it on my Chevy never worked good! Too much crap I dont think that adapter distributes the fuel and air well enough! I went and and bought a 2x4 instead!!!
Hello..The adaptor is good if you make sure the runners are true and smooth. Make sure the venturies on the 94s match up to the adaptor, might need some grinding.. Happy New Years... Duane..
The way they used to do it is run two carbs on a 3 x 2 intake. The intakes used to come with one block of plate to use while driving on the street. Once you got to the track you could throw on the third carb. I don't think the adapters look good either. My '26 used to run one and they just are a bigger pain in the ass then they are worth.
