6v Coil, Chrysler Firewall Mount Style

Very nice original 6v Coil from a '40 Chrysler. This kind fastens to the firewall with 3 screws on Ø3.38 HC.
The + lead is on the back side under the dash which was connected to the ignition switch with an armored cable.
The cable has since been removed but if you have your original one, it's very easy to swap them out.
(I will take another look in the shop for the cable....might have it stored)
Or it can be wired with common wire, i.e. 14 or 12 ga.
The secondary (output) is a screw-in connection.

The main body is about 2 1/4" diameter and the flange is 4 1/16" diameter.
Overall length is about 6 1/2".
There is a very small dent on the side of the body but doesn't impair the functionality.

These flange-mounted coils are unique and difficult to find . It should fit most all Chrysler products that had the coil mounted to the firewall.
