Here is one my dad and brother just built. It is a 66 but still cool to us. We have since put some big H&M stickers on the fenders and some more "flare"

How did you do roy. Saw a couple pics but thats it. Did Dale run? also what about that black 64 in c/gas, did he get his car back together.

That weather would of bummed me out if I had got out there. Still putting my car back together.

Dale;KOOL Video!!! That little 289 sounds great, guess the "BIG" rear gear works OK,the engine sounded like it pulled all the way.I need to figure out where the stumble at the top of third is coming from!!That had to be the craziest weather I have ever seen for the MM!!!Trip home was like driving through a 3 hour horror movie!!!! ROY.

I love the 66-67 Comets but I think we are getting side tracked here on the 64-65 Comet thread. This thread has already gotten heat from the powers that be,for getting off track, would hate to see it closed!!JMO,ROY.

They closed the stock car thread because it started getting into 70's and 80's cars. I don't think this thread would ever get to that point, but to err on the side of caution, I would tend to not let this thread run amuk.

I have been through the '64 and back on both the Historic Stock Car Photos and the Drag Cars in Motion threads. While they will let some slide from time to time they are serious about keeping the "Mid Sixties" as a cut off date as is the theme of the HAMB site. Best to keep it on topic.

Dale;KOOL pictures!! That old fat guy is getting his bald head sunburnt setting up the ezup!!!I think I need to built a hurricane proof shelter for the car!!! That trip home was like being in a three hour horror movie!!! I am amazed at all the people that stopped to look at and take pictures of our two Comets, too rare of a site!! I see why Ken has one of each[64&65]!! ROY.
