Still haven't figured out putting pics up, but happy to text or email them. So I'll try this via the descriptive method. For now. Please use PM or email. TIA. Marcus... What I have available is a straight axle, parallel spring, I-beam style. Literally straight, no drop or curve at all. It's from a circa-'62 IH Scout 2wldr. It's complete from drum to drum, includes springs, u-bolts, shackles, & even the torched off frame mounts. (No, I didn't do the hacking.) Over All Width: between wheel mounting plate(s): ~ 56 1/4" . Kingpin CL to CL: ~ 48" Spring CL to CL mounting on axle: ~ 33 1/4" Springs: 1 3/4" wide. 6 leaves in each pack. ~ 38" free arch length. ~ 4 1/2" free arch depth. Leaves could be re-arched to suit your needs, by a competent spring shop. ~ 34 3/4" across outside of spring sides when mounted on axle. ~ 31 1/4" across inside of spring sides when mounted on axle. Drums are 4-lug. ~ 4 1/4" bc. (Could be redrilled to 5 lug). Drums are cast iron, have 2 fins/ 3 ribs cast into drums. Drums are ~ 9 1/2" dia, ~ 2" wide. Don't know what brake-guts are like, I'd bet your $$$ that they need R&R. Tierod is in front of axle, but has correct Ackerman, as this is/was factory install/design. FWIW: Axle is designed & setup w/0* castor (factory), so you could modify the springs' frame mounts to correct as needed, or just use angled shims - which would be the easiest way to get the castor you want. [email protected] P.S.: If it's paid for prior to end of April '17, I can arrange delivery to South Bend IN, no charge. & *maybe*, just maybe, it's just barely possible, to northern CA, in early May. Maybe. FWIW. Marcus...
