Im going after my 59 parkwood tomorrow! Mine will be much simpler but I applaud the "mad" skills on this car. 59's are not everywhere like tri 5's so I better jump on it.

All this from a guy in his mid 20's..... Skill and vision well beyond your years. You've got passion for your work that inspires us all! Re-inspired I need to get working on my 62 Bel Air Wagon. I hope to learn some fabrication skills along the way. Keep up the excellent work and never loose your passion.

So today I worked on the rear suspension , in order to run the two link the orgional trailing arm mounts had to be moved more towards the center of the car.
By moving this mount it enabled me to gain about 16" to the trailing arm.
The over all legth of the Arm is now 40"

Woodpecker: I sure wish we could've had your wagon in the book I did for CarTech ("America's Coolest Station Wagons"). This is a masterpiece. Congrats on hitting the bullseye! Maybe there'll be a sequel to the book? If so, you're a shoe-in.

im speechless, that car is a work of art! the 59 wagon in UK youve seen, is the tiki wagon, the flake paint is unreal, a lady named sue owns it.

  16. When I grow up, I wanna learn how to stack dimes like that. Hot damn, the welds are a beautiful addition, to all the rest of your work. Bravo!

So it might not seem like I've been working on the wagon latley but I have been, spending countless apon countless hours on smoothing out the 292 block and metal finishing a lot of other parts to try n cut down the cost on the chrome bill ,

Here I'm just starting to file the waves and inprefection out of the valve cover.
I know this might not look like much
But this was where the orgional breather hole in the top of the mc gurk valve cover was , I filled it from the bottom side and now I have to put in a filler where the fin wasn't . The reason why I'm filling this in is because there is no room under the hood for the breather to go on top of the valve cover .
