what is the widest wheel and back spacing i can use on 1957 chevy station wagon disk brakes on front 15 inch wheel
According to East Coast Chevy guidelines. With stock spindle disc brakes they say to use a 6 inch wide wheel. This removes half of the added width of 1" from the addition of disc brakes. Also the 6 inch wheel will allow for a decent size tire for the front. Hope this helps. If any more questions give them a call at 215-348-5568.
