Hi everyone, my name is Mark, and I'm currently restoring an old 1956 Pontiac that once belonged to my grandparents. Its been a challange since I'm really a Mustang nut. Maybe someone out there can help me with locating a Pontiac 316 engine. My engine must have leaked water through the gaskets at the head and froze (rusted) two pistons to the cylinder walls. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

Hi Mark , welcome aboard. You could expand your search to any 55-60 engine, those are the years that will bolt up to your transmission. Bill
