    I own a '65 G10 so I'm partial to the Chevy's...but that is one of the coolest vans and the coolest stories I have ever seen.

    Great pics and an awesome story but best of all, great memories for you! I've had many of those old econolines and even an econoline pickup, loved them all. The longest trip I ever took in one was from NY to FL and back....twice. Thanks for sharing.
     
  6. Best looking long wheel base early Econoline I've ever seen.

    Had a few friends that had the early Ford vans back in the day,I had a 66 Dodge window van that we drive thousands of miles.
