Hey everyone. I just pulled out my original rear end out of my 50 chevy truck and am replacing it with a 55 chevy 1/2 ton rear end, and it looks like they cut the original saddles off and replaced the with the regular bottom mount saddles. Well I want to put some lowering blocks in and need the axle pads. My leafs are 1-3/4, my blocks will be 1-3/4, but where could I get some 1-3/4 u bolts and axle pads?? Let me know.

If you look at the stock perch, you will see the the hole is not centered under the axle.
My local spring shop will make me u bolts to size needed to answer the original question. Look for one that does big truck work. Jim
