I finally have gotten off my ass and started working on my panel truck again. I decided to start rebuilding the rear doors to which the bottom 4" is completely gone so i have no template to work off of. I was wondering if i could get some photo`s of the bottom of the doors to aid in my repair? Many thanks if you could help me out.:D

  11. I've been around the F-100 stuff quite a bit. Used to have a Sectioned and Channeled 53. I've done that rebuild many times and if I were to give you any advice it would be to get yourself a new set of door seals. They have molded corners on both sides. Make the door bottoms fit the rubber and the Door jamb then hang the doors and fit the inner bottom together. Then weld it up. Those doors were also notorious for busting out the Hinge Pockets.
