53-56 f100 disc brake swap.

Does any body know what year car/truck disc brakes and will fit on the factory spindles on the 53-56 f110. Ive seen the kits on Speedway and CPP but I think I can piece one together myself for far less than what they are asking, just need the info so i can head to the the junk yard

 

1. What bolt pattern are you going to run ?
If it is 5.5X5 then it will be F150 rotors and GM calipers.
You will need the bearing spacer also.
Check midfifty for the bracket kit. You cant go wrong.

 

In my experience, I have not been able to really save much money piecing together a set-up vs just buying the complete kit with all the parts required. Unless you use junkyard parts, by the time you get new rotors, rebuilt calipers and run around to get all the parts, it does not really save.
