'52 Buick lower door section

I have a '52 Buick Special coupe 45R. The lower driver's side door is rusted through, my question is what other makes will work for a lower panel and who carries it new? Thanks in advance guys!

I have a universal fit lower door section patch in my shop. fits just about 95% of all cars ever made. comes in a 4' x 8' sheet. some assembly required.

 

Like the fink man said...make one, it's easy!

 

I was meaning the stamped inner panel not so much the door skin.
