History 50's Magazine Gurus, need your help!

My dad is trying to find an article on putting a 261 in a Corvette- he thought that it was from Hot Rod in the mid to late 50's, but I checked and didn't see any covers that matched.

The cover had a white 53-55 Corvette with an Asian gentleman in coveralls guiding the engine in.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!
