48 Cadillac grill on the 46 Ford Coupe

    That looks great. It was THE perfect touch for a Ford custom then, and still is. Nice job.

    Can't put a better grill in a '46-'48 front end. Looks awesome!

    You should look up Chad-s,he has a nice 46 ford with the same grill treatment your doing. You lucky bastards!!!:D

    Thats cool!!! I was talking to chad about doing the same treatment,Chad also has alot of knowledge about appletons....

    looks great!! from all of the old books and pictures, it was a common thing to do, but i rarely see it done now. nice job.

    Those Cadillac grilles and '47 Olds grilles look pretty good on '46-'48 Fords.Yours is no exception Kenny.Very cool,I like it a lot.Should look phenomenal once everything is chromed and painted.Definitely adds more of that capital K to your Kustom Ford.

    This is how it looks now. the vertical ribs are stainless, so they can be polished, but the horizonal ribs need re chroming.

    first testdrive today! new built trans and rearend with 3.25 speedway gears. Seems to work nicely.
