    Here is mine. 51 Ford F1 that was owned by a relative. From what I understand he bought it new in 51. It's seen better days.

    i just started on a 50 f1. trying to run this flathead v8.. pm me if anyone has any clues to why im getting a spark at my carbeurator.. black and truck are grounded to pos on battery.. cranks and ive got spark on my wires, but have a spark on carb linkage.. still continues when i bypass ignition and run starter off battery.. cant seem to track it down

    You're in luck! Thats a special prototype carburetor where they mixed the gas & spark before it got sucked down into the motor...okay, I lied. :rolleyes: Sounds like your cab ground is going through your linkage. Install a 10 awg ground wire between the block & cab.

    I have done a few even one panel truck

    I have a 1948 waiting in line to be done. It and old drag truck that never got done and the donor truck

  13. ...I just started on another 48...has a 70 Nova sub,70 Falcon steering column in and hooked up, late model pickup rear leafsprings, 10 bolt Chev rear, good title, for sale $3500 obo.
