Posting for a buddy, thick 406Ford @ 4.23 "427" FE bore, stock 406 bottom end (same stroke as 390-427)= 425ci that Ford called the "427" One valve is tweaked lightly and one cylinder is thinner than the other seven. If you go much further you might need a sleeve in that hole. Otherwise a screaming deal for anyone after an FE.
