Technical 40 Ford column switch

I've got a 40 Ford column drop with a switch lever on it and I bought switch replacement parts in an effort to rebuild it and make it work but, there appears to be some other bits missing. I think one of them looks like a small box.

Can anyone tell me what I'm missing and maybe point me to a source for the missing bits?
